Research study terms

Research study terms.

Last updated: September 8, 2026

These terms explain participation in Unblo's research interviews about how teams test software. We provide the study information before participation; visiting a page or booking a call does not by itself give permission to record you.

Questions: contact@unblo.com. The app and customer testing service have separate terms of service.

  1. Who runs the study
  2. Your choice to participate
  3. What you receive
  4. How contributions are used
  5. Withdrawal and deletion
  6. The report and third-party services
  7. Changes and applicable law
01

Who runs the study

The study is run by Unblo, Inc., 2810 North Church Street, STE 89705, Wilmington, DE 19802, United States. How we handle study information is explained in the study privacy policy. Antoni Gruca is our privacy contact.

02

Your choice to participate

Participation is voluntary and open to people aged 18 and over. You can decline questions, refuse screen sharing, take a break, or end the call without giving a reason. Please share only information you are authorized to disclose. We do not need customer records, passwords, or confidential documents to understand your team's general process.

We ask separately before audio or video recording or transcription. You may participate without recording. Declining optional website analytics has no effect on your participation.

03

What you receive

Participants receive a findings report when the study is completed. No payment or voucher is included unless we separately agree otherwise with you. The report summarizes the study; we do not promise a particular finding or a fixed delivery date.

04

How contributions are used

You keep your rights in the material you share. Subject to your consent, we use it to conduct the study, verify and present its findings, and provide the participant report. Anonymous, aggregate findings may inform product improvements.

Participation does not give us permission to use identifiable recordings or transcripts in marketing, named quotes, model training, or unrelated AI evaluation. Separate permission is needed for those uses. We prepare published findings to avoid identifying participants and their employers.

05

Withdrawal and deletion

You may withdraw from further participation at any time. To withdraw consent for use of identifiable material, recording, or transcription, or request deletion, email contact@unblo.com. We will explain what can be removed and any applicable limits.

We cannot separate your contribution from findings already made genuinely anonymous or retrieve copies of reports already distributed. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. The study privacy policy explains retention, request timing, and your rights.

06

The report and third-party services

You may keep and share the participant report within your team. Ask us before publicly republishing it or using it commercially. Findings describe the study's observations and may be incomplete; they are not professional advice or a guarantee about a product or market.

We use Google Workspace to arrange and conduct interviews. Its availability and terms apply to your use of its booking and meeting services. Unblo's website, software, and brand remain Unblo's property; participation does not grant a license to the app.

07

Changes and applicable law

We update the date above when these terms change and tell affected participants about material changes where required. New wording does not retroactively expand your consent or the permissions you gave.

Delaware law applies to these terms, subject to mandatory protections in your country. Disputes may be brought in the state or federal courts in Delaware unless mandatory law gives you another forum. Nothing in these terms removes statutory privacy rights or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
