These terms cover using unblo.com and taking part in our research study. By using the site or booking a call, you agree to them. They are deliberately short; if anything is unclear, email contact@unblo.com.
1. Who we are
unblo.com is operated by Unblo, Inc. (“Unblo”, “we”), a Delaware C corporation incorporated on June 15, 2026, 2810 North Church Street, STE 89705, Wilmington, DE 19802, United States. Our privacy practices, including the cookie-consent banner that gates all analytics, are described separately in the privacy policy.
2. The research study
Taking part in our study is voluntary. You can decline any question, reschedule, or withdraw entirely at any point, before, during, or after a call, without giving a reason. If you withdraw, we delete your data on request.
The thank-you for participating is the study’s findings report, sent to every participant once the study is finished. There is no monetary compensation, and we make no promise about the report’s exact timing, length, or contents.
Calls are recorded only with your permission. What you share is anonymised before it appears in any findings, as described in the privacy policy. Please don’t share information you are not allowed to disclose, for example anything covered by an NDA with your employer; a description of your team’s general process is all we need.
3. Using the site
You agree not to misuse the site: no attempts to break, probe, or overload it, no scraping at scale, and no using the booking system or chat features for anything other than their obvious purpose.
4. Content and intellectual property
The site’s content, design, and the Unblo name and mark belong to Unblo, Inc. The findings report we send to participants is for your and your team’s use; please don’t republish it commercially without asking us first — we’ll usually say yes.
If you give us feedback or suggestions, we can use them without obligation to you.
5. Shared reports and AI features
Reports shared at unblo.com/r/ links, and the chat panel inside them, are provided for information only. Chat replies are generated by an AI model and may be wrong; they are not professional advice. Decisions you make based on a report or a chat reply are your own.
6. Third-party services
Booking runs on Google Calendar, calls happen on Google Meet, and other third-party services are listed in the privacy policy. Their own terms apply to your use of them; we are not responsible for their availability or conduct.
7. No warranties
The site and the study are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent the law allows. We don’t promise the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent the law allows, Unblo, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or participation in the study, and our total liability is limited to 100 USD. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence provides otherwise.
