We run every session ourselves and write up the findings ourselves.

Common questions
Do I need to prepare anything?
No. If you can remember your last release, you’re ready.
Is this a sales call in disguise?
No. We’re exploring this space and expect to build here eventually, but this study stands on its own, and we’ll never turn a research call into a pitch.
What do I get out of it?
Once the study wraps, every participant gets the full write-up of what we learned: who tests what, which tools come up again and again, and what teams quietly skip.
Will the call be recorded?
Only if you’re okay with it, and just so we can check our notes later. Everything is anonymised. You can skip any question or end the call whenever you like. No explanation needed.
